Fluidride Cup Race #1 Registration Open
March 31, 2008Published by fluidridecupRegistration is open for the Port Angeles Washington event brought to you by Hurricane Racing, NDub Productions and Fluidride. Get ready for the six race gravity NW series that will combine the Dry Hill area of Port Angeles Washington and Mt Hood's Ski Bowl Ski Resort in Oregon. Starting off Saturday Apr 5th is DUAL SLALOM and Apr 6th is the DOWNHILL.
To register for the race go to this link and follow the directions to download the form. You can email it, fax it or mail it (dark ages). For those of you that are ultra last minute (even though you already know your going- your just delaying telling your spouse/better half) signing up at the event is available but save money by pre-registering (that's all I'm saying- oh and its much easier on the staff of Hurricane Racing to process you for the weekends timed events) If you race Expert/Elite or Pro you must have a USA Cycling license and you can re-new/register for one here. And for those of you still wondering if you should race this event- I encourage you to do a helmet cam run down the beginner friendly "White Knuckle" track brought to you by Fluidride's own Virtual Descent. Looked like a fun trail to ride! But that same corner kept messing everyone up.
Good thing that tree is painted, easy to remember on a 3 min course.
It was funny how they both crashed. "Son of a b*tch!"

You need a UCI lesence, they have temp ones for just one event for $10, or you can get a full one on site.
$45 for the DH, covers the Saturday practice runs and one on Sunday, and the race run.
Friday practice is an extra $15, and the DS is $25.

haha, I let out every word in the book and then some, like combinations of the popular ones. Everybody has to agree it is for a very valid reason though.

You can enter just one- or go for the overall title by entering the next 5. You have choices.
dude that looks like you have to pedal a flippin buttload to keep speed so the track is worth it. doesnt look that great to me:S . and besides, im gonna be at whistler shreddin the pow for a week

new ds course looks like fun, and the white knuck footage is the beginer line pro couse is where it's at
